Dan 2, Cooking 0


Last night I made a dinner for a support raising thing for my friend Wendy. I wanted to push the envelope a little bit so I tried some new things. Result

Summer Avocado and Shrimp Salad


White Chicken Parmesan Lasagna


Served with toasted garlic bread

Apart from the parsley, I couldn't quite figure out how to garnish the lasagna. But it looks pretty nice on a small plate. Thinking maybe a couple of pieces of steamed broccoli. A nice and hearty meal, not so good on the heart valves though.

I'd say that LeRoi Moore is one of the 5 people that inspired me to become a halfway-decent musician.  We'll be hard-pressed to hear a sax player like him in our lifetime…
