Not the Lonely Girl…
I had so many good things in my mind to write about today, and somehow I end up posting spam. OH well. It made me laugh though, so maybe this girl really is an option (see my discussion with myself below…). The following is a email I received from someone named "Natasha" who I think may or may not be interested in me:
Hello Dear Friend!
I Love Work Type People
I love work.
One of the things that's so cool about work is that if you just stay there long enough, for like a couple of months, you can really bond with your colleagues quickly. Colleagues aren't the same as friends, but they are still very good. It's like everybody is a mutual prisoner on the same prison barge, except on this barge you get to leave for lunch for an hour, drink free coffee all day, and occasionally write a quick blog when something pops into your head. As everyone comes to the prison daily, they begin to become familiar with each other's qualities and nuances. Eventually one begins to look foward to seeing these people day after day, sometimes even becoming friends.

Hermeneutics and Criticism
You Should See This

My Friend Jeff Boian has a blog it's called Boian's Blog, or something like that. It's a really good blog. Jeff and I have postulated the idea over the years of trying to collaborate on a more "professional" type of blog together, using our combined talents to lure the world's unsuspecting and innocent blog readers into our trap of rhetorical ambivalence (I paid somebody to write that sentence). Alas it hasn't come to pass as of yet, but who knows. Maybe one day we'll even have a podcast together, that much closer to becoming "Don-Miller"-ish. I have to say, that the thing I like about Jeff is that he doesn't think like me. But I appreciate the way he thinks and he seems to appreciate the way that I think, and somehow that makes us respect each other (Jeff, if your reading this, point in case, yes mutual admiration for Bob Sprague, but no I didn't buy a mac; proves my point.
