Frustration…
For those of you who were wondering when my neverending streak of undaunting joyfulness would ever end, I'm happy to say that It has come to a close, at least for now. For some reason, I feel exhausted today. Might still be the people thing, or the fact that we had lunch today after church at yet another horrible and sorry excuse for "mexican" restaurant; in which we waited nearly an hour for our food. I won't be going back.
Not to worry though, a little frustration now and again is a good thing.
Introvert
I’m in some kind of solar nexus of bloggy goodness lately. Not sure why. I love it when I have this much to reflect upon (although I can’t immediately place my finger on exactly what I’m reflecting upon so much these days). Anyway, if you’re one of the folks who read this little blurb, I hope you’re sufficiently blessed.
Today that ever elusive personality characteristic that is introversion finally took its vicious hold on my consciousness again.
Freestyle
I couldn’t get a bucket to fall if I dropped it off a bridge. We played basketball today. It was a mess. I haven’t been playing well lately. Last term, when Jane and Dane came and visited, I scored over 20 pts. Tonight I had zero. I shot 10 times. I couldn’t get a bucket to fall if I dropped it off a bridge.
Geek Info
If you like computers, work in an office and your IT staff frustrates you, or are a fan of Macs, this blog is for you.
My brain seems to be mush as of late, too much deep conversation with various small group meetings lately. What then to leave you with for thought?
Here are some of the things I simply love
- Sunrise
- Exercise in the morning, preferably on a bike or at the pool
- A great breakfast, made by me involving eggs, cheese, avocado, hash browns, country gravy, and spicy-ness
- Alternatively, Eggly Baggely Breakfast with my favorite Mike
- Walking into Regent on a cold Vancouver morning, never knowing who I’m going to bump into
