4 part 2

The movie's probably gonna stink. But the effects will be real cool.

Mutemath in Vancouver

So if you read this blog you'll find the following comment from shannon

I too love Mutemath not only musically but because one of my good friends, Darren King, is in the group. That’s right he’s from good ole’ Southwest Missouri. We used to hang out in HS and we always joked that we should get married because that way I wouldn’t have to change my last name (my maiden name was King). I actually saw him in a coffee shop in Springfield over Christmas break. Oh and Greg Hill is also from Springfield and I used to hang out with him every so often. So there you go…I’m pretty much famous now.

Which could sound a little bit cheesy except for tonight it became the coolest of the cool.

Some More Useless Thoughts on American Idol

Ryan Seacrest is useless. But he's really good at it.

I think I don't understand the way that this show affects people. Especially myself. By all rights I should be completely sick of it and done for the season until next seasons hilarious tryouts. But then somehow the show has a way of keeping you hooked in. I don't understand why. I'm really over the remaining singers. I don't think I'd buy any of their CDs

Having Jennifer Lopez on didn't hurt things.

Amazing

Well This is Exciting.

I was working on a blog about Barack Obama and I wanted to get a perspective on some of his "problem" views, so I went over to this conservative website that had an article listing them titled the Audacity of Hype. I'll let you look at them if you like and hopefully talk about them later.

While I was there I got distracted by the banner ad on the page for the movie "Amazing Grace." It had pictures of people in renaissance style clothing and sported a tagline that said, "Behind a Song you love is a Story you will Never Forget." My initial reaction was, "hmmm, that's cheesy."

Eggs and Prince

Omelet

So last night I didn't have a lot going on, and after a couple of days of continually hearing about how Prince's performance at the Superbowl was so great, I decided that I'd watch it again during dinner.

I was pretty hungry. So I went to the kitchen to see what was up. I decided that even though it was dinner time, It was a omelet and waffles night.
