   that was a great clip. well, to answer one of your thoughts, it’s actually ‘gesundheit’ and it’s the german form of ‘bless you’. Apparently it (the saying) arrived in North America with the early german immigrants. now that I’ve written all of this I’m wondering if you were actually seriously asking for an answer!
